Posted 11/22 Mr. Osteen's Remembrance Card

Mr. Osteen passed away on November 12, 2008. He will be missed by all as a kind, loving human being and a crusader for justice.

Short in Stature, but BIG in heart. Mr. Osteen spent 13 of his final days fighting the corruption of the FWC and he prevailed!
